Moved Unable to open the door to complete the quest

I’m blocking the mission to murder the mother. I took the blood-covered dagger the letter too. but as soon as I go to the door, nothing happens. I can’t open it. I also have the key. I am completely blocked I have desinstaller and reinstall the extension but nothing changes . help please

@quentin59118 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues opening a door in one of the quests.
Could you please provide some further information about this issue:- What is the name of the quest you are referring to? Is it 'Sister of Sorrow'?
- Did you encounter any issues during the quest, such as the game crashing or did you suspend the game for a while?
- Have you tried loading a previous save before you started the quest? If not please try and complete the quest again
If it is not possible to load a previous save or if the issue persists then can you also provide a video to show that you cannot unlock the door and that you have the key in your inventory.Official Response
