    When you first posted the The Pedestrian Zone Pack image here it had no boats and it looked nice

    Now with boats it looks worst just too many we just need less and a few more swans then it would be right

    Plus you need to fix this it's the wrong way round and looks funny

    I didn't want to add another thread so for this one need to be fixed too in the new world.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    @aorus2017 Hey! Apologies for the delay in responding to you and thank you for providing this report about the Pedestrian Zone Pack. Thank you for the images, these are most useful.

    I have reported the number of boats and number of swans for the Pedestrian Zone Pack to the game team.

    In regard to the telescope being the wrong way around, I have reported this to the dev team also, once there is more information in regard to both of these reports we will reach back out to you.

    In regard to the blocked harbour issue, the dev team is aware of this and are currently looking into it.

    If you need anything else in the meantime please let us know.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for getting these screenshots across to us, @aorus2017 - I really appreciate it! I've gone ahead and sent them across internally.

    When submitting and describing issues to us, although I appreciate you've sent these very useful screenshots, it'd be really helpful to us if you could more fully describe what we're seeing in the screenshot. For example, you could say what buildings, ships, or elements are being shown, and what you were expecting should happen in the game, compared to what actually does happen. Although many of us on the forums are experts in our games, we sometimes handle games we know a little bit less about (we do make a lot of games, after all!), so we rely on players' descriptions of issues when we report them to our game teams. Thanks so much for your understanding!

    That said, just to reiterate, I've gone ahead and sent across these reports. Thanks again for your help!

    Hey once again, @AORUS2017 🙂

    Do you have a savegame with the wonky cart - the one you've labelled 'There must be a hole in the road?' Our teams have been unable to reproduce this issue, so we'd like a save file showing the issue to help us investigate. This support article shows where Anno 1800 save files are stored on your system.

    Once you've found the correct save, with the wonky cart, please upload it to a file sharing service of your choice, and send me a link to it here in our forum thread.

    Thanks again for your reports, and let me know if you have any trouble finding the save file and sending it to me 🙂

    I have reported the number of boats and number of swans for the Pedestrian Zone Pack to the game team.

    have the swans/boats prefer larger areas where available, so that this will at least be much less noticeable
    see in screenshot how many i have in narrow canals (marked in red), while large areas (green) remain empty:

    also, since the road crossing the canal is made to look like a "bridge", perhaps have the boats/swans be able to pass underneath? (may have to rework the "bridge" crossing graphic a bit to make this plausible)

    Thanks for these additional suggestions @hundreAd1800 !

    Appreciate it and been passed onto the team as part of their investigation as something else to consider!

    @ubi-theberry

    As member hundreAd1800 & me pointed out here is a close up problem of the bridge, the boats are too big to go under

    Why didn't the dev team build a Rail bridge for the Pedestrian Zone Pack? Just like they did for Enbesa. As many members have ask for it Can it be done??

    @ubi-theberry
    problem of the bridge, the boats are too big to go under

    right now any boats/swans/dolphins/etc. spawned in an area enclosed by bridges are stuck
    even if there are enough "good" (open) areas they may still spawn in a "bad" (enclosed) spot
    maybe if the bridge support columns graphic is removed, boats will plausibly be able to pass underneath? especially if you add a slight upward curvature to the bridges
