UNSOLVED Completionist All the Way Bugged patch 1.3.1

Hey guys as you can see from the title i think i have a glitch which is not unlocking the achievement for me and its driving me crazy.
I believe i have done everything in every region as they all have the gold banner around them and are all ticked off (except dlc) yet it is still not popping.
I have scoured the map looking for anything missed, i can confirm i have completed Asgard, Jotunheim (its not steinborn i beat him) Vinland (its definetly not the Vinland wealth bug) both Norway regions and all of England, i also have the orlog achievement so have completed them.
Someone save me!!! -

Can you please provide us with a few screenshots showing your completed actions and your achievement still being locked, so we can investigate it further for you?

@ubi-mark its popped now, i completed a quest in ravensthorpe and it popped soon after showing the autosave logo
