    This issue is a bit hard to describe in the title so I will try to do better here in the description.
    I originally bought the game with starter access and played the game some. The issue began back then, when I was playing on the two multiplayer online servers available to starter edition (those being the campaign server and the default arcade room).

    At the start (of playing online) everything would be fine and the game would run smoothly. After a while of playing the game would lag a lot and I would be teleported around and couldn't do anything. The game would be unplayable and would continue being weird and glitching and just generally being incredibly laggy for around 5-20 minutes (if it stopped at all).
    later on I checked in the analyzer tool and saw that I had over 2000 ping. By this point I had already paid the $14.95 for standard edition and the issue still continued.
    During these periods of intense lag and very high ping, nothing else would be affected. Any thing else I had open would be fine, no one else on my internet connection experienced any change, and I could still use the internet very well on anything else. I could even chat inside Trackmania!

    In short, this glitch made the game very unplayable in any and all online modes. Please resolve this issue or help me because the online is a big reason why I spent my money and would like this to be fixed. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope for a swift reply.

    @emeraldpick Try disabling downloads in the game settings, restart, and see if that helps.

    Can I ask if you are playing the game using the Geforce Now stream service, as this was known to cause issues previously with connection?

    @ubi-milky I'm not entirely sure what is Geforce Now streaming, but what I do is I launch it through Ubisoft Connect I think, and I don't do anything with graphics settings or GPU streaming or anything like that. I will go through and read the sources you have provided. Thank you for your help.

    Thanks for the reply @emeraldpick, don't worry about Geforce Now then if you use your own PC to play on Connect, I just wanted to rule this out as a cause.

    I hope the steps I linked can help improve the performance of the game for you.

    @ubi-milky Thank you for your help. I tried going through all the troubleshooting guides you sent me, but I couldn't resolve the problem. I would love to get in touch with Ubisoft support to try to resolve my problem. Thanks

    @ubi-milky I went through all the steps and described my problem in the support chat you outlined, and got the system files attached but I could not submit my issue, and I got the message "* Chat is currently unavailable. Please choose another support method."

    There you will be able to see and open the ticket KoreanBBQ has created for you.

    When this ticket is open, you can add a comment or attach files. Please attach your DxDiag and MSinfo files and add a comment, then press send and that'll be sent through to our team who will then be able to take a closer look at your PC and what else may be causing the issue.
