@sambladder The HD Texture Pack requires ~9 GB vram for 1080p. I tested it with my vega 56 (8gb vram) and i had the same blurrry textures. But i can enable HBCC and have more vram and the blurry textures are gone. So it's not a bug it's simply not enough vram even the rtx 3080 has not enough.

perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? It will help you to eliminate any software conflicts. If you're still experiencing this issue, can I kindly ask you to provide us with a few screenshots/videos to compare the textures, so we can investigate it further for you?

Also have this problem. RTX 3080, Intel i9, 32gb RAM so it's not my system.

Same. It looks like low texture is used.
RX 5700XT
Without it is better. -
Same here with RTX 2080 and ultra settings in 1440p.
hd texture pack off = it looks fine for me
hd texture pack on = blurry and washed out -

@tricolour_ yeah, have the same problem. Even when I find new clothes the characters stuff like shoes, pants are blurry. Tried with and without the HD Pack - same problem

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. Sorry to hear that there are textures in games that are appearing a little blurry at the moment.
I know that most of the players here have ensure their graphics drivers are up to date, however if you have not done this, please do so!
Would anyone experiencing this be able to attach a screenshot so that we can take a close look for you?

Hey @DennisLocke71, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this.
There is another thread that was created regarding relatively similar issue to yours, where couple workarounds were shared and seemed to have helped other players, therefore have a look at those (including troubleshooting steps mentioned by Ubi-Mark), give it a go and see if it helps.
