No 3rd person view in camp

I'm still on the first island, but there is no 3rd person view of Dani in the rebel camp.
When I enter the camp the weapon is just holstered (and can't be drawn) but the view remains first person.
Is this- just in the first camp
- a config option
- broken ?

The third-person view in camps is available in mainland camps only - as you're still on the first island, you need to reach the mainland, as this option is available only in 3 main rebel camps there.
