Getting to end game in the middle of season

Hello,
I cannot afford to play maybe 6 hours per day to catch up. More so game says that the first two manhunts are already finished/locked. I am not sure I would get any reward finishing them. And the two active remaining manhunts are locked for me.
What would you suggest? Wait for start of the next season? Or is it possible to catch up with reasonable time/effort? -
Unlocked manhunt targets are available for the entire season, so you can do the activities whenever you want. The "end" date just refers to when double XP is active.
Remaining manhunt targets will unlock as indicated in the seasons menu.

If you haven't already unlocked them, the mission variants from previous manhunts (i.e. Jupiter, Hornet, & Schaeffer) can be unlocked by reaching the appropriate season level for the current season.
