Enable dark mode!

1. I do a spoiler here, then you can see that the Spoiler button is white on white spoiler

   
   EDIT: after posting, i can see it hid the second entry at the list, not the selected text.
   
   Also:

   1. I noticed I am unable to copy a link to specific post/reply in forums, this should be enabled for linking messages for other threads!
   2. Build-in colors from the color palette should be different/separate for light and dark theme as the needs are different. white on white should be dark on dark for example.
      1. Colors missing: lime, blue, royal purple
      2. Maybe include color values from Hue every 30 degrees (Hue: 30,60,90,...,360) for the main color and then have few lightness values for them.
   3. `does markdown code block work`

   I can see at the old forums, that Trackmania forums will be moved here soon...
   This mostlikely we need xml, php, maniascript... etc support for codeblocks (for example dedicated server tutorials etc...)

In addition I want to note: the new forums is so much better than the old. Thanks for making this...
Also I think it's just a small usability issues and glitches here and there which needs some fixing and love.
Hopefully you guys can work with the issues so we (users) can get best experience possible from using the new forums.
I Hope to see soon here at forums with a less bug reportish topic
