    Hello Ubisoft.
    I cannot get the free (until 10/11/2021) game Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon.
    I have tried through Uconnect (I can play games fine), and through a web browser ! I even let the browser open Uconnect, but it (Uconnect) just sits there with a circle going round and round after 'Logging In' (I can launch it myself just fine and even play games), and I go to the Store page, then this happens: I try through Uconnect store, and I click Get Game, it pops up a window to get the game, and when I click on OK it does nothing.
    Please help.

    Sorry to hear that you had trouble claiming Ghost Recon.

    Can I check whether you received any message at all?

    Can I also check whether or not the game has since shown in your library?

    @dave3d07 the game was made for Windows 98 = it will not work~ good luck I had this game way back then - all of them. When XP came out we had to use Compatibility- which still works on many older games as I use windows 7- hate 10. But not this one = waste of time- GOOD LUCK!

    And no I didnt get any response from anyone but you in this thread.

    I still dont have the game in my account.
    I have been on Uplay for 14 years now (and have almost every Tom Clancy title), and have never NOT been able to claim a free game.

    I tried for almost 2 hours to get the freebie before I made this post also. I couldnt even get support through UConnect to work either. 😞
