Moved Unsolved upc.exe - application error

the Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). give a solution that can be performed by a regular pc user and not an IT guy. The reinstalling method and run with admistrator rights doesnt work. operating system : windows 7. thnx

Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble.
Can I just check that you are currently running Ubisoft Connect and not Uplay PC?
If you are running Uplay PC I would advise to download Ubisoft Connect, many thanks in advanceOfficial Response -
@ubi-wheelyduck look. i tried to install uplay , because this platform worked well previously on my pc. as you can see on my tag: ''ubisoft connect''. so do me a favor and check for any solutions to upc.exe crash from ubisoft conect since Uplay is out of order
