The game section is not working. I cannot launch any installed game, even though my subscription is active until at least the end of October. Since this is a subscription service and the service has been disrupted for many hours today, plus a few hours earlier this month, I think it is only fair that Ubisoft is duty bound to offer an appropriate discount. When you pay for one month and you get a full day off, you deserve some kind of compensation.

Sorry to hear you were unable to play on your day off.
Could you share a few more details on what happens when you attempt to launch a game? If the option to launch not available or does it simply not respond?
Im sure you have checked this already, but could you please ensure that Ubisoft Connect is not running in 'offline mode'. As ubisoft connect will require a connection to our services to launch these games, would you be able to follow the steps in our connectivity guide here.
