    matchmaking on South African servers is one of the worst experiences a gamer can encounter playing siege. I wait 7< minutes every time just to find a ranked game on console only for one of the players on either team to be disconnected and for the game to be cancelled and the whole waiting progress to start again. I use to be able to play late into the morning when we were still on EU servers yet now I can barely find a quick match after 10PM on a Saturday and that's after waiting for minutes. I'm sure I've spent more time waiting to find a game that actually playing in a game. I really enjoy siege but ever since we got our own servers in South Africa the experience hasn't been the same.

    Why are we not given the option to decide which server region we want to play on?

    When in-game, what have you found the pings to be like?

    Are the usually high or of an average value but you're still seeing disconnects?

    @tomaszhag I feel your pain. I hate having to be forced to play on south african servers. I have to wait more than 7 mins. Sometimes it's impossible to get one after waiting for so long. The south african player base is too low. We should be allowed to switch to Europe servers. I do not experience any lag on europe server so i do not understand why this isn't an option

    Thanks for adding to this @itzstashy , sorry you're also having issues, if you could please also provide more information regarding the behaviour of your ping when playing on the South African server too, just so we can get an understanding on what the general performance is that you experience, it'd be appreciated as we can pass this onto the team.

    @ubi-theberry I do not have any bad experiences which relates to ping. My South African ping averages 90. I get no problems at all but i am unable to get into a match as there is no one online. I used to play on europe servers and get on average 180 ping and there was no issues at all. I would like your team to include a way to switch servers so that players will be able to play the online.

    If you haven't already I would recommend selecting a different data center,

    If after changing data center you are still unable to find games please let us know as we are happy to investigate further.

    Hey @iTzStashy , thanks for reaching out!

    That is correct - I am afraid there is no way of changing it on either of the consoles and it can only be manually adjusted for players who play on PC.

    As far as queue waiting time goes, may I check the following:

    1. Does issue occur only with Ranked games or with any playlist?
    2. What rank are you placed?
    3. During what time of the day did you notice issue to be present? If you could include time-zone, that would be great!

    1. All playlist not just ranked. With unique game modes that are limited it's impossible to get a game, with ranked it's very hard, with casual it's easier.

    2. Currently not placed in ranked cause it's so hard to even get a match

    3. I'm on GMT+4. So i tried getting a ranked game from 7am and finally got one at 8pm.

    It's very frustrating please just add an option on console to switch servers.

    @ubi-viral Its not my connection which is the problem. It's just that there are not much people playing on South African servers. Please just tell the devs to allow server switch. Otherwise the only way i can play ranked is when south african servers are down
