How GL-534 time stopper work:
You can stop time for 5 seconds giving you an advantage to flank your opponent
Negative effect:
everything stops except you, this include your bullet, equipment, teammate, etc. so you need to get up close and personal to get the kill, then when time resumes, everything came back to normal. also you can shoot/kill yourself via timestopping then standing in your own bullet path
You can only use this 1 time per round, it can't be cancelled when it has started, and no way of retrieving it back except if the round ends

@violin_madness How could an ability like stopping time ever be fun and fair to play against? You can't do anything and whatever happens during the however many seconds time is stopped is completely out of your control.
