I am an old returning player, and there was no "targeted loot" back then ^^ So I'm looking for a few explanations:

Let's say I need " Devil's Due ", the unique Ceska backpack . Is it better to run a Ceska or a Backpack targeted loot?

I understand that there might be more chances to get one with the Ceska targeted loot, since it covers a pool of only 7 items. But is this really how it works? Is there a reduced chance for exotics and uniques?

That particuliar backpack is flagged as "DZ-only", even if there are reports of people finding it elsewhere, but doing a backpack or Ceska Summit should still offer some chance to get it, right?
I extracted 120 items from a Ceska targeted DZ to no avail, maybe I'm just very unlucky ^^

Can the press vs hold components of hotkeys to loot be switched or switchable?

Why? Because if you're wanting to view the item before picking it up, chances are you are not in combat or in a hurry, so the slower (holding) option makes sense. If you're in the middle of a gunfight or on your way to the next objective, you want the fastest item (pressing the button). Sometimes holding F is no big deal and other times it just will not cooperate and I spend 10-15 seconds trying to pickup one item in the middle of a gunfight because I know I won't be returning to this location.

this issue was bad but managable during levelling and at level 30. At WT5 I could at least immediately see a gear score of an item. But now at 40 it is unbearable for me. It is all just orange or purple level 40.
I don't know what gear is rewarded for playing missions at several more difficult variants.
Recalibration library - I don't know whether to try and fill it. Too many talents that are unsharable! between different weapon types. And that are only talents, not talking about attributes...
Not sure what I should do. I cannot invest several more hundreds or thousands hours in the game.
