Well, it's not 'new' new.
Just my monthly reminder to please create a named version of a G36 Enhanced with Perfect Ranger on it - since the G36's have gotten no love ever.
Maybe call it 'The Long Distance Call' or 'Moonshot' or, oh I don't know.....'the badkarmacreepin'.
That is all.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Careful what you wish for, they apparently don't take too kindly of people asking too much of something
@xcel30 I want to say this is sarcasm, because they - the powers that be - haven't really done anything that the community has asked for. But then again, the internet, so I could be wrong.
@dagrommit Well aware. It does not, however, exist on an AR. Thus, the request.
Sure, you can ask, but you may as well ask for a unicorn. They've clearly made the decision to make "perfect" talents the differentiator for different named items. Never mind that those "perfect" talents are often ignored due to what they're attached to, or the tiny difference over the regular talent.

I mean, they reinvented the gear system because of complaints about too much RNG. Changed Summit so you could select whatever difficulty you wanted. Reduced the cost of optimization by 75%. Made Weapon Handling a useful stat. Reduced the chances that rainbow loot will drop.
Did they listen to everything the community asked for? No. But since when has the community agreed on anything? See: raid exclusives, difficulty, PvP, dark zone etc.
In-Sync has two perfect variants, the Harmony & Test-Subject. Future Perfect as well, with the Scalpel & Mechanical Animal.
The G36 is exactly average, so my only concern would be a nerf to the regular to keep the perfect variant from being too strong [see:Aug or PP19]. Probably more likely to see pRanger on the MK16 or ACR if they go that route.
I'd rather get a variation of Pummel or Salvage though..

Ah crud, I'd forgotten about those Still think the perfect talents need a rework though.
@dagrommit don't disagree on that, though more for the gear. I'm fine with how they handle the weapon ones, balancing wise.
