    I'm immensely disappointed with Blackbeard. I get that he was very OP, but he has been nerfed to the point where there's no use for him to exist... I feel like some of the nerfs were a little extreme and should be revisited to find a midpoint. His shield never really protects me, and once both are broken I'm worth nothing. I'm slow, I have no gadgets, and I hate his guns. He was the first 10k operator I saved up for which was a VERY stupid move. Sucks that it went to waste, I still haven't made it back. I find Recruit a lot better. So here are some possible buffs (I'm not suggesting all get added):

    • Give him 3 shields
    • Increase shield HP (20 -> 40)
    • Speed up aiming down the sights (0.7 -> 0.5)
    • Speed up aiming down the sights from sprint (0.8 -> 0.6)
    • Increase his movement speed (with and / or without the shield)
    • Give him a better primary? This is obviously personal preference, like for me I prefer high fire rates. When facing someone with a fast fire rate, the shield basically doesn't exist 🙂 And I'm too slow to kill them, which might be because I suck but it would still be nice to have another gun option. That way I'm not as pitiful without the shields.

    I'm very new to R6 so take my suggestions lightly. I'm not very familiar with guns and game mechanics. Just make Blackbeard less useless please, at least for when he loses his shields 😧

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
