UNSOLVED GPU does not support DX12

Assassins's creed Valhas does not launch because of next error: Unable to initialize graphics systems. GPU does not support DX12.
Normally my laptop has al requirements for playing the game in low graphics.
Can you help me? -

As your GPU typically uses DirectX 12 as mentioned above, the game may be trying to launch on a integrated GPU rather than your Geforce GTX 960M.

Can you confirm if you are also receiving a notification that your GPU does not support DX12?
