    I purchased the Game through ubisoft+, it turns out that the game closes by itself, without giving any error message...
    My pc is: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, 16 GB Raw, Windows 10. I believe it meets the minimum requirements

    Can someone help me?

    you're the first one I found with EXACTLY the same problem as me, I tried everything I could, I tried to talk to support and they didn't give any good or definitive solution, did you manage to fix it somehow???

    Not yet, you were the first to answer me... For now if I want to play it is 15 or 20 minutes and the game closes again. I'm from Brazil... where are you from? does the location have something to do with the problem?

    Hey guys, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response from our team.

    Based on the specs provided, you do meet minimum system requirements, therefore for troubleshooting purposes, give the following steps a go, starting of by verifying your game files first, and see if it helps.

    If issue continues to persist, may I double-check whether you noticed if problem occurs after any particular set of actions performed in-game or anything that would give indication of what is it in relation to, or is it just completely random?

    I'm having the same issue. I'm playing through Ubisoft+ and I get about 20 minutes or so before it just closes to the desktop. Not error message or anything.
    I've verified files
    Ran as administrator
    Shut down background apps
    Updated everything
    Shut off firewalls
    Turned off HD textures
    Reset game setting to default
    Ran borderless and full
    Shut down overlays
    Reinstalled the game entirely
    And unistalled the client and reinstalled it in the same spot as the game.
    Nothing has worked and I'm above all minimum specs.
    It happens no matter the activity at the time. Gunfight, cutscene, walking, running, standing, swimming, etc.
    Assassin's Creed Odyssey started this too after I got about 60 hours in and it is a purchasedgame, not ubisoft+. Really makes me not want to waste money on anything Ubisoft anymore.
    I usually then have to restart my pc to open the game again.

    Okay so my buddy found a YouTube video that seemed to do the trick. I was crashing about every 20 minutes or so but since trying this I haven't crashed one time in hours.
    I tried to narrow it to one culprit by setting everything back to how it was but don't seem to be able to make it fail anymore so I'm thinking it was the time sync mentioned in this video. Hope it helps.
