For what ever reason for me the auto update took quite some time, than I figured out that I`m not getting the 1.1 GB update - I got way more so in the end ran out of disk space (had 40GB+ free which turned out to be insufficient)...Now re-install the complete game...lemme see.
Same here. I let Uplay verify the game files, it found corrupted files and is downloading the game again. Fingers crossed.
I try the same - let me know.
Downloaded the update, got the black screen. Decided to validate my files. Now after the valdiation the game doesn't even start.
This is the type of "quality" we can expect from AAA game publishers nowadays.
Uninstalled this POS.
Yep, they completely [censored] up the entire game with their forced update.
Great job you Ubisoft bafoons! I hope there's an opening at the local post office for those incompetent devs.
I see an update of 794.86MB too rather than the ~1.1GB said in the Far Cry 6 | October 26 – Hotfix post
After update games run but tells me VRAM low and everytime it tells me it puts another warning down right side of screen and they dont go away have put all settings on lowest no better.
@michael_rem i have to download 45 GB after the file check... no far cry 6 for me today...
did i had a chance NOT to download the update? borrows me right now.
it works for me now after verifying game files. it found some missing files after the update..
Alright folks, found the answer on Reddit, which clearly has the better support. Repair your game. You'll go to an analyse, then to a repair, and finaly to a 7 gb download and after 20-30 min, you'll be good to go.
When I saw there was a new update, I told myself "do not restart the game, something wrong's going to happen with the update". I quit to join friends, when I came back, turned out I was right. Why do you keep letting us lose faith like that?
