I am sure that we should all write an official appeal to the Far Cry developers! So that they come to their senses and return the Far Cry 2 engine!

I was hoping they would leave this real world with crazy physics and attention to detail, making it their thing. But they followed the lead of the schoolchildren and just turned the game into a mindless, stupid shooter, like all games.
Where you stupidly walk and shoot-shoot without meaning and without a quest. Xs how can this surprise so many years later.
Absolutely everything was removed. All the revolution that Far Cry 2 has created.
Where weapons broke, where walls were shot through, the fire burned trees, and not just blazed and extinguished without changes.
Just watch this video and be amazed at how much they ruined the game. Headlights edge 2, released in 2008, surpasses modern headlights edge by decades in physics and realism.
But on the market, schoolchildren dictate fashion - and judging by YouTube trends, following their taste, we won't see good games for a long time. Only stupid twist slashers. No quest, no goal, no map.

Ive been playing far cry since the very first game on pc, i enjoyed all of em, Yea sure far cry 2 was amazing because of its mechanics and far cry 3 was amazing because of its story, but why is everyone hating on far cry 6? Theres like five different nearly hour long videos shitting on the game, so me and my friend got it and tried it and have been having an absolute blast, it is insane the supremos are amazing the world is beautiful the missions are crazy and the story and the characters are quite fun, so i wanna know why everyone hates it and claims it should have never been made

Can we have some forum categories like "Strategies", "Best Photos" etc, so that everything doesn't get posted to the general forum. Right now, the general forum is a mix of everything but mostly it is "this doesn't work", "why can't it xyz etc.". The general category with its many user complaints is simply drowning out the rest of us.

Please... I'm not trying to take anything away from those people who have complaints and beefs... but am simply asking for some additional forum categories so the many who are having a blast can participate without being lost among those with complaints.
