Hello i have been playing Anno 1800 independently for several months and have completed the main story however, after having looked online it appears somewhere i have been locked out of progressing the storyline in the enbesa quest which unlocks scholars. Normally if something like this happened I would simply reload however this was several hundred hours ago. I have looked online and i meet all the requirements of every mission of the enbesa storyline and I remember getting at least as far as selecting designs for the research institute and preparing a banquet for Ketema and Archibald but then no more missions popped up. I can send my latest save file if required

shoals seem to NOT regenerate once completely depleted
is this by design? tutorial says nothing to that effect, and at the very least there should be some warning message when nearly depleted

worse, a fishery often accesses several shoals (so one reachs zero while others still have plenty of fish remaining), and there is no way to instruct which shoal should be fished and which left to regenerate -- especially since one shoal can "belong" to multiple fisheries (it seems that a shoal can replenish faster than 1 fishery can exhaust it, but it's not always possible to position the fisheries so that each covers exactly a single shoal)

i have a shoal that is fished by 1 fishery, replenishes as fast as fished, never depleted
but another nearby shoal also fished by 1 fishery, replenishes far slower
why? (original/current size of shoal? all this should be explained)

If you play ANNO 1800 for 3-4 hours, your PC starts stuttering, the framerate drops and the game becomes unplayable at some point because it is too laggy no matter how powerful your rig is. It destabilizes the PC, your system keeps stuttering even after exiting the game. You have to reboot the system to save your system and yourself from this horror.

Only the workaround of the issue is to install the outdated driver v457.51 like you have no video games to play other than ANNO 1800. Someone says it has something to do with the animated cursors. There is a mod to disable it and some say it fixes the problem. I have not tried it myself so I don't know if it is true. My question is "Are you actually going to fix the problem or are you going to keep ignoring it?". You will probably say it is NVIDIA's problem as you did before. I say it is still your [censored] responsibility to address the issue to NVIDIA and get the problem fixed even if that is true.
