So I did the Tarben quest where you have to talk to Tekla to start it but afterwards she won't leave the longhouse I've ran into her built her brewery and finished several quests still she won't leave the longhouse help me kick her out.
Update: with a lot of time and threating her with a knife I finally got her out of the longhouse however now she won't go to her new brewery to do her job
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

There is no solution and AFAIK Ubisoft is not working on one as per known issues list.
Have the same issue with Tove being stuck in the middle of the road.
It's just a stupid bug, because the locations of the NPCs do not reset when fast traveling in/out of the location.
@Hawke0325 Hey there! Thanks for reaching out about this issue with Tekla. I'm sorry to hear that she refuses to move to her brewery! Let's try these basic steps for PS4 to see if that gets her where she's supposed to be. If this doesn't help, however, would you provide me with a video clip showing this issue?
@arag25 I'm also sorry to hear that you're having the same issue with Tove! If you're playing the game on a PC, I actually recommend verifying your game files as well, as this can get issues like stubborn NPCs to get moving again. Would you also be able to grab me a video clip as well?
Hi @arag25 apologies for the late response.
Thanks for the images provided. I can confirm that another player reported this issue previously, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and the save file provided by the player had Tove back in the tattoo shop after the player had completed the Jotunheim quest arc.
Can you please confirm when you noticed Tove standing near the longhouse? And have you completed the Jotunheim quest arc yet?
@arag25 Thanks for the information provided.
Can you also provide a video that shows the following:
@ubi-keo The issue with Tove standing on the road fixed itself after completing the Of All That Has Passed quest. As all NPCs are moved to the longhouse and then returned to their designated space after it completes.
I remember speaking to Tove on the road after the Carrying the Torch quest, which caused her to stop in that spot. You might want to forward this, and a suggestion make the feast trigger at the longhouse also reset the settlement NPCs positions.
