Because cosmetics requests are being put here, I decided to chime in. As many here know, we get the WL/BP Ghost Recon insignia as well as the OGR patches well. I was wondering if we could get the GR insignia from Advanced Warfighter and Future Soldier, as well as the old emblem from OGR (the one that looked like the targeting reticle from the first game). We got'em all for Wildlands, might as well complete the set in Breakpoint as well. Thanks.

Does anyone here still play Ghost Recon 1 and the other editions it has?

Also, does anyone know where to find the first person mod where you can see your characters hand and gun?

I have this game in my library and want to stream it soon. But having that mod would be a much better experience.

There are a few things that love about it already, which is why I put a lot of hours into Arma 3 already. I mentioned Arma 3 because it's clear where it got its influence from which is obviously Ghost Recon 1.

In GR1:
The tacmap is great
Multiple squads
Sandbox semi open world
Squad members die and has low time to kill.

Those features are great.

I can't say the same for Future Soldier, Wildlands and neither Breakpoint. As much as I champion Future Soldier, it is not what Ghost Recon is and the same for Wildlands and Breakpoint.

What's happening in Ukraine is terrible and very moving.

I can't do much as an individual but to stand against the madness of war and expect the diplomacy to prevail. Yet, as a community and Ubisoft as an editor, we have a weight.

Some AAA studio have already taken a stance to protest about the Russian invasion. We are living "live" what Tom Clancy's novels where all about.

To show our support to the peace in Europe and worldwide, to show our support to the Ukrainian people, facing impossible odds fighting for the very survival of their country, I ask UBISOFT and the Ghost Recon team to add a Ukrainian flag to the game.

Either free or within a charity event to gather money and supplies to the Ukrainian refugees fleeing their country, their houses, their lives, fleeing war...


Note : I have nothing against the Russian people but for their leaders, bringing back war the the heart of Europe and spreading lies and death among their own people.
