    Please dont nerf finka, shes a dog operator, she brings nothing to the team other than that 20 or 40 or whatever useless amount of hp you get in a one shot head shot game

    Her recoil reduction is the only good thing about it if you remove that then nobody's gonna play her please dont nerf her like this

    Better yet make it so that only finka herself gets the benefits of recoil reduction and no one else on the team if this is the problem but dont remove recoil reduction shes the only op capable of reducing recoil in a high recoil game like this

    @liilliilliillil Yeah recoil reduction definitely is the core of finka. Just add some tweak people will stop complaining about her. Such as recoil will not change in a single ADS or spray.So player will not over compensate the recoil when suddenly being buffed by finka.

    @fiicree__z or something like keeping finka recoil to herself

    or or make it a toggle option, like how zofia capitao works, you press a button to toggle between finka recoil buff or no buff before you use the ability

    or make it so that there is a some kind of warning before buff comes in,

    there are many options pick any instead of this trash lazy removal ubisoft

    @liilliilliillil Let just ONE 'pro' player lose a match as a result of Finka's ability, and UBI will drop it like radioactive waste. That was what they did to Zofia. UBI gave the withstand ability to Zofia, with the full understanding that it MIGHT actually come in useful. Then in one e-sport match, where her withstand actually WORKED and won them the match, it set the pro league berserk with cries that it was 'unfair' and had to go. And dutifully, UBI nerfed withstand away from Zofia the moment the e-sporters yanked their chain.

    It didn't matter that you could count on one hand the number of times when Zofia's withstand ability was of practical value. Most of the time she never had occasion to use it, and the rest of the time it wouldn't save her because enemy players would just shoot her again while she was getting up. Zofia's withstand was only of actual effect in maybe 0.0000000000000001% of all matches. There was no reason to get rid of it. Same with Finka's ability. But UBI will probably get rid of that too, and for the same flimsy reasons. Or poor Blackbeard - UBI gave him a gadget that was conceived and created to block headshots. But they were forced to turn it into wet toilet paper that doesn't block anything, because it actually worked the way they designed it, and pro players couldn't take that.

    UBI is stuck playing whack-a-mole, constantly adding, eliminating, adjusting, and rotating out abilities, gadgets, weapons, ammo capacity, and other stats from every operator with every content update. All in a vain, pointless attempt to drag every operator in the game into some kind of statistical conformity where no single operator performs any better, or worse, than any other operator. They may as well just strip ALL gadgets and abilities away from all operators, and make them recruits. If all UBI wants is a romper-room clone of Counterstrike, why bother with unique operators and gadgets? They're just going to have to wipe them out later anyway, right?

    How about leaving them all alone, and trusting the players to adapt to the game, rather than artificially forcing the game to adapt to the players?

    @fiicree__z Why should they be concerned about the recoil reduction given by Finka anyway? Everyone is hacking and using cheats and macros which eliminate all recoil from all weapons anyway. Right? The only people who would notice if Finka's recoil reduction went away are the people who play honestly. And there don't seem to be many of those left in Siege, if indeed there are any left at all.

    @slyrr7 Removal of recoil reduction from Finka matters to mid-high level players. At a certain kill level/hour count, recoil control becomes so ingrained into your muscle memory that a Finka boost absolutely devastates that muscle memory and you start shooting at the floor. I can handle a Finka boost's recoil reduction, but it takes conscious effort to work around it and I would imagine that an even higher skilled player would consider recoil reduction a mechanic to grief the entire team.

    Point of giving Finka a self rez is that she is getting re imagined as a healer for the attacker team, and is getting abilities in line with that goal. Self reviving requires Finka's boost to be off cool down and have at least 1 charge remaining, much like Doc or Thunderbird in a way.

    Contrast that with Zo's Withstand, and the story changes. She isn't a healer at all, in fact, she is an entry fragger, making Withstand completely superfluous to her core role and place within the team. Plus Withstanding is absolutely free to do because it's completely disconnected from her gadget and even if it wasn't used to get up, it gave a DBNO Zofia player 2x the time to crawl away from danger.

    The fact that Withstand is super rare to pull off works against Withstand, as it increases the frustration factor for those who don't know every little bit of trivia about the game, making it more frustrating to go up against. It's random, tangentially related to her, and even with the power foresight it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Even if that one pro match had an effect on the balancing team, I can confidently say good riddance.

    And even for a guy that takes every chance to rip into the devs for 'realism', Withstand didn't even make a whole lot of sense from the realism angle either.

    The only 'passive' I would have called BS for removing was the DBNO action for Ela, as they could have enabled her to use it if she had a mine in her pocket, but that action was generally considered as useless and rare to pull off so I'm not going to get angry about it.

    And lastly, High Caliber has like a handful of balancing patches: 1. Finka changes; 2. outside cam nerf; 3. BP cam EMP bursts and look around; 4. angled nerf; 5. game pad lateral recoil improvements; I'd call the game 'stable' for balancing at this point.

    @slyrr7 bruh i hate pros so [censored] much, one of the reasons why i stopped supporting ubisoft, if they value pros more than the actual players, then let these pros support them
