i have been having issues with valhalla. Sometimes when i open the game after the title screen then press continue to load in after a few seconds my ps4's fan goes crazy and sometimes after i wake up after a 10 hour sleep and i load on it still says the ps4 is to hot, sometime it even just turns off randomly after a few seconds after i press continue after the title screen.

I'm sorry to hear that your PS4 is shutting down sometimes saying its too hot and that the fan sounds loud sometimes. This doesn't sound like a game related issue I'm afraid, rather a console issue. It's not uncommon for PS4 fans to sound loud sometimes, especially due to their age and when playing much newer, heavy requirement games. As the PS4 is telling you it's getting too hot and shutting itself down, this is a way to protect itself from burning out completely and causing further damage to it. I would recommend to make sure your PS4 is in a well ventilated area, and also see if it can be cleaned a little, as the vents can get clogged with dust which could be causing an issue with the fans to not cool down the PS4 enough. You may also reach out to Sony support for further advice on what to do regarding those issues.

The PS3s had a similar issue.
They would get hot enough to melt the thermal grease between the CPU and the heat sink.
I had one PS3 that, even after replacing the grease, would run everything I wanted except for GTA V; made no sense.
Ubi-froggard's suggestion of ensuring the vents are clear is the simplest step forward.
Short of replacing your PS4 or having it serviced, I'd try using a cooling fan platform; they pump a ton of air into and against the console and rarely cost more than 30 USD.
If you're like me you'd rather not be without the console for any extended length of time.
