UNSOLVED Can’t do counter roll skill after unlocking new master counter roll skill

Any news on this one? I know I'm doing all the right moves, because Muninn's Alacrity rune perk can be activated.

@ubi-gizmo When i set Brush With Death Timing Windows to 400ms, i can do counter roll constantly. Other settings don't seem to matter. If Brush With Death Timing Windows is set to 300ms.. it stops working all together. Not a single one counter roll has succeeded with 300ms, but with 400ms.. almost too easy.
