For Ubisoft, we're just numbers filling their wallets. They don't give a [censored] right now. I think that "support" is a play for time. It's to difficult for Ubisoft to admit they are wrong. At the moment I have another complain from 10/04/2021 not resolved yet!
Same here. Working fine yesterday ... Now crashes at the "Synchronising Achievements" flash screen phase. ...

Have done all the usual. Checked game files, firewall etc ... nothing wrong.
Was about to uninstall and re-download whole program but have seen that this didn't work for others so wont bother.
@djkamo Sure, I had problem with FC6 collectioners edition. Factory error in the design of Tostador.
They offered a refund of the PRODUCT value, I agreed, then they said that there must be a refund of the ORDER value because I took advantage of the 20% discount.
At the moment the problem is around PLN 34 (around 8USD) and I'm waiting since 04 November 2021 for reply...

We don't have any updates on our investigation quite yet, but we'll be back in touch as soon as we've got some information to share about this. In the meantime, I really appreciate the continued reports. If anyone else is able to send me across some system files to help with our investigation, please let me know, and I'll create a support case for you to do so securely.
This is unbelievable, fix the game already Ubisoft. We've done all the steps to ensure it most definitely is not in our end including reinstalling the game and getting rid of files in ubisoft launcher folder, far cry 6 folder in documents\my games etc and our computers meet the requirements or otherwise we wouldn't have been playing the game prior to the update now would we?

Could you provide a rollback to the previous version whilst you work on a patch for this issue?

same problem here. Also cant i sell anything in game (whatever item, scrap, wapons, animal skins... cant sell anything) also when i order a car any vehicle whatsoever, i dont get the "R" button or description of the item whatsoever. If i want to update a wapon, there is no info on the update on my screen. Example; you buy a muffler, or a scope, there should be info on what it does or what the specs are, that info is not there. Nor can i see how much money or depleted uranium i have . Does anyone face those issues to??

I think I wrote with a bot. I don't know for sure.
The agent wrote to me that he didn't find the problems I have. He made me wait for info via email.
I wrote him to read the player support forum. The forum is full of problems like I have.
