I've finally gotten The Crew 2 after playing the demo, but I want to have a fresh start since I played the demo a long time ago. Does anyone know how I can do this? I can't seem to find a proper guide on youtube or other sites.

So maybe for the next the crew game or crew game whatever step away from the US maybe travel abroad Europe that would be interesting and I think that'd be a pretty fun idea going 130 miles an hour through the back alleys of England yeah on the left side of the road like you know they drive over there I don't know why they drive on the left side of the road does not make sense but still I think Europe for the next crew game would be pretty cool I hope this gets to the developers I've been trying to contact them about this but can't seem to figure out how so hopefully they read some of the comments

Short, and to the point; let's begin.

Contractor Missions, pt. 2

For episode 1, contractor missions were held on the road; for episode 2, contractor missions go off the road, into the uncharted wilderness. Just like episode 1, service tips can be earned by using the appropriate service vehicle, and reaching the location to unload cargo before time runs out.

As I mentioned before in my review of Episode 1, the payouts for these off-road contractor missions are very poor. It's a con overall.

The New Vehicles

On release of Motorflix season 4, we were promised 24 vehicles for the season. While episode 1 had 13 vehicles, episode 2 had 11 vehicles, for a total of 24, as promised.

The Ariel Atom debuts in The Crew 2 as a Street Race vehicle, and to quote Jeremy Clarkson: "It's so quick, It can destroy your entire face!"
The Jaguar C-X75 Concept is released as a special "Lunar Year Edition" version, and is restricted to those who finished with a platinum rank in the Year Of The Tiger live summit.
The Koenigsegg Gemera is released as an Outclassed version.
The Mclaren 720S Spider debuts in TC2 in the Hypercar discipline.
The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Rally Raid is released as an Intrepid Outdoors version.
The Creators Hunter 51 debuts in TC2, the fourth vehicle released from Creators.
The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is released as a From Outer Space version, exclusive for those who finished with a platinum rank in the They're Coming! live summit.
The Hummer H1 Alpha Rally Raid is released as a US Wildlife Watchers version.
The Land Rover Defender Works V8 Rally Raid is released as an Intrepid Outdoors version.
The Kawasaki GPZ 900R "Ninja" is added to the Touring Car discipline.
The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is added to the Touring Car discipline.

Some things to point about some vehicles in the list:

With the 11 vehicles released for episode 2, that takes the total number of vehicles released for Motorflix season 4 to 24, just as promised by the development team.

The New Ultra-Mooded Events, pt. 2

With the release of Motorflix season 4, we were going to take part in 4 new ultra-mooded events; while episode 1 had 2 new events, episode 2 follows this up with 2 new events.

The first is Year Of The Tiger, which uses the same route as Coral Gables, with several changes to make it completely themed around Lunar Year. The music pieces are played in tune to the theme of the event. A very good event at that.

The second is They're Coming!, which uses the same route as Red Rock, with several areas on the route changed to be completely themed at the investigation of the crashed UFO mothership. At the end, the sequence plays where your vehicle is grabbed by a transporter beam and whisked away in a flash. While I'm not very keen on UFO conspiracies, I non-the-less find this event pretty good overall.

With these 2 new ultra-mooded events released for episode 2, that takes the total number of ultra-mooded events this season to 4, just as promised.

Overall review

I find Season 4 Episode 2 to be slightly-above average. Slightly better than episode 1.

Overall Season review

If anything, this season is fairly average overall. We received the 24 new vehicles as promised, which is good. We got to try out the 4 new ultra-mooded events using the existing layout of different events across the map, which is good. The payouts for the contractor missions are poor however, and needs a raise to make it significantly more viable.

I score this season a 6 out of 10 overall.

The future of The Crew 2

Motorflix Season 5 will be upon us shortly, with a different theme, new vehicles, and something different to do (whatever that may be).

I should apologize for putting this topic up later than I wanted. Trying to keep on top of everything that goes on in TC2 is going to be very difficult for the future, due to the recent release of Gran Turismo 7 on the PS4/PS5, and the (just released) Expanded and Enhanced versions of Grand Theft Auto V/Grand Theft Auto Online on the Ninth-Generation consoles. Keeping on top of all 3 mainstream games (TC2, GT7 and GTAV/GTA Online) is a full-time commitment, and frankly, I'm not sure how I can do it all in moderation. I'm just not sure.
