UNSOLVED Audio is screechy and game even in menu runnning very slow - unplayable levels

So this happeend after I installed the newest NVIDIA driver yesterday evening. Anybody else experiencing that Anno 1800 is now unplayable?
My spec is very good so I shouldnt have any issue:

Reinstalled the NVIDIA Studio Driver version 472.47. The game works perfectly fine now.
