    Hey @Lordunknown, thanks for the update there.

    Apologies about the slight confusion however as far as drops go, I would just like to clarify that it can take up to 5 days for drops to be received after campaign ended, which is 22nd of November.

    Should content remain missing after the period, let us know!

    It is supposed to be added to your ballance when you enter HQ. Simply launching the game isnt enough.
    If entering HQ doesnt help try to force "shop content sync". Approach rip off far and beyond tent, start CC buying process but cancel it when game opens uplay overlay or console shop.

    @anykeyer It's definitely that I had an "infinite" loading screen (not the first time...but not often) and because I killed the task after 5min waiting (because there wasn't any information that I could know to wait more time probably...)...the CC are lost. Great!

    Thank you for updating the thread on this. Sorry to hear about your infinite load, which in turn lost you access to the Twitch drop after force closing.

    To help prevent this from happening in future, we'd like to suggest trying our PC technical troubleshooting and connectivity troubleshooting. These two guides go hand in hand when it comes to resolving issues with loading for online titles.

    @ubi-nacho This comment...after 5 Days...is absolutely useless! Not a breath better than no comment! I could expect an answer like...we could verify the issue which affects some player on PC and send you for this time a new code...but on this platform this is wishful thinking. My PC doesn't have technicial issues or connection problems. Regarding the Crew 2 it's redicolous what steps are needed to get a green NAT in the game (and I managed it after a while a year ago...) without enable UPnP... Don't tell me anything about technicial/connectivity troubleshooting...I'm a technician and I was working for 20years in Support!

    On occasion, a less then perfect connection to the game's servers prevents some additional content being delivered / activated in-game which is why we may suggest these steps to players.

    We cannot issue codes via the public forums and would need to investigate your account further to continue with this.

    @ubi-theberry Than name it Public Forum only...and not Player Support. I already ceate a "Ticket" in the "other" Player Support because why easy when it will not work complicated...where I'm sure what will be the result...the result that I'm an Eco-Terrorist who wasted Energy and time for nothing. I'm willing to admit I'm wrong...but mostly it doesn't look like it...not for easy helping in this or other games, not for uncomplicated fix issues...not. Trustpilot.com...

    @ubi-theberry I agree...but if the case is clear it would be a lot easier and less frustrating for the players and you to create automatically a ticket with all required stuff that you need in "one" step. As I wrote...I'm willing to admit I'm wrong...and for this case I am. A bit too complicated for this case but I get the CC 2times splitted in the game. Thanks!
