    Hello,
    Today i write extremely upset as i have been experiencing this bug since weeks.
    While playing the game in any online mode, about 3 times per day, my game gets stuck like this : https://streamable.com/xyqm9t: (https://streamable.com/xyqm9t).
    This is extremely annoying as i can't play anymore, and i am forced to restart trackmania AND ubisoft connect to be able to play online again.
    This happens on online servers like in the provided video, but also in royal and cup of the day (both phases).

    Note that during the video, i was not in a discord call, nor was i watching a video or doing anything else that could cause connection drops.
    I truly hope something will be done about this.

    @ubi-viral hello, i believe i have done everything and still had it happen. I don't really see how my internet could be at fault as it doesn't happen nonstop, but still happens about one time per day.

    There are a number of possibilities that may be causing this, for this reason if you haven't already I would recommend to complete our PC troubleshooting guide in full. This guide will help to configure your device for the game and ensure no missing files are contributing.

    @ubi-wheelyduck Hello, i believe i had already done that step in the past when reporting another bug (https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/113331/bug-invite-friends-crash-in-singleplayer-royal-mode?lang=en-US). Nothing changed since, and veryfing files again didn't tell me anything was wrong. Also, i always run the game in administrator mode.
    I continue to believe this issue comes from the game itself and not from my computer or something that i did wrong.
