    The challenge is to recruit a Jomsviking, but the one normally in my settlement isn't there. In fact, I've scoured England, France, and Ireland, and there's not a single Jomsviking icon on any of the maps. What is going on?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    For hiring players jomsvikings we need to be online
    I would suggest you to go to Ravensthorpe, if there is no Jomsvikinig to hire at the dock in Ravensthorpe > go to Reda, look if you can access his store :

    1. if not = you have loosen your connexion to Ubiconnect = no jomsviking
    2. if yes > make a manual save > quit the game > relaunch >> there now should be 1 players' jomsviking at the dock and up to 8 players' jomsvikings in Vagns' hall

    Players jomsviking are vanishing from map after a certain amount of gaming time ...

    Hope this will help a little 🙂

    @azullfr I already got my quests from Reda. After travelling all over the world, going back to Ravensthrope and chancing his beard, then the Jomsviking appeared. It was very strange.

    @tolkyyn
    Go to the JV hut in Ravensthorpe.
    Save at the doorstep.
    Start game fresh. Now hut should be full of community JVs.
    Hire all community JVs.
    Reload twice. This will return your money, remove the useless JVs and repopulate the hut with new community JVs.
    (after reloading once there are auto generated JVs in the hut).
    Rinse and repeat a few times to contribute to the community challenge.

    For me it's fixed by changing the context (either Norway, Vinland, River Raids, but I prefer going to Ireland), and then coming back to England.
