    Hello,

I have started the resistance mode. After playing for a while and reaching the point in which you chose the first 3 players and Helen Dashwood becomes available, during a mission all the 3 players were injured (a timer for two hours appears on each player to recover) while Helen was killed after. On the screen popups game over and I was forced to start the game from the beginning (I didn't have the possibility to load a previous save and the only available was with an X).

Is it normal that works in this way? I was thinking that the game would finish only if all players will be killed...

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Hey @ronyn77,

Thank you for your message and question.

Can I check whether in the incident you described were all players downed?

    Many thanks

@ubi-wheelyduck is it a question to me? I cannot understand what you mean exactly...anyway the first 3 players were injured and while I was waiting them to recover, the fourth and last available player has been killed..I hope it is more clear now..

@ronyn77 Thank you so much for confirming that! Just to confirm further, those were the only operatives you'd managed to recruit before the entire party was downed, correct? And only Helen was technically killed?

I can confirm your save is unusable even if you have live agents but are simply under arrest or recovering from injury. When i first started playing i didn't know mechanics well and lost my first 3 characters pretty quickly on the first mission i was doing to just recruit a random agent. I figured since my other 2 was only injured that it wouldn't delete my game essentially, but it did. No big deal as my 2nd run i have 15 agents now and i doubt I'll ever run the risk of game over again, but it's just something i thought is odd and not a fun experience for a new player. I assumed that the game would just advance time until one of your injured agents recovers and lets you use that agent next.

@ronyn77 Thank you for confirming this, I will pass this on.

@Zengrath Thank you for your reply and for this additional information. We completely understand why this would not be a fun experience for a new player and will pass this on.

If you need anything else please let us know.

    Thank you.
