UNSOLVED Bad HDR implementation

Black level look washed out grayish in HDR .. all the blacks are not true black .. sdr looking better in dark areas .. any fix for this

this is HDR as you can see black level is totally wrong washed out gray
this is SDR as you can see the black level is near perfect black which it should be .. what i know HDR the dark areas should be darker or at least same as SDR were white level should be higher .. this need an immediate fix -
@ahmadmf74 that's probably why I switched the HDR off. For some reason the game runs smoother on my PS4 and looks more vivid.
