With the current Elite bug that hit folks in Y6S4 (myself included), we REALLY need a way to blanket-set all of our operators down to their default looks. That should have been done at the beginning of this season to ensure something like this didn't happen.

So, proposing an idea, and showing off my questionable MSPaint skills in the process.

On the bottom of an operator's page, somewhere where it isn't easily clicked, add a "Set all gear to default" button. This would change all gear currently equipped to default, resetting it to how it would be if you were launching the game for the first time. Instead of being a 1-and-done click though, you'd need to either hold it down for 2s or longer, or click a confirmation dialogue box to make SURE you want to reset the operator's cosmetics to default. That way, you can re-equip everything in case something goes wrong.

There could also be one for all operators from the operator screen, one that would require you hold it down for 10s or longer, or click two confirmation dialogue boxes.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
