We're working to resolve the issue preventing players from accessing the Yule Festival and will be extending the event so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the winter festivities. We plan to deliver this fix in early January due to the holidays.

Latest updated save uploaded. No festival. Playing on PS4, all fully updated.
@ubi-orion yes, my latest save is on the cloud(pc). My save was successfully synchronized with cloud.
Dunno if you still need it but my save file is synched as well from my PS5
Oh and i played the event last year on my PS4 and its not showing up now.

is this because I already did a Yule festival?

Anybody else not have the Yule Festival drop for them in Ravensthorpe? My place is all snowy, but no festival.
@Ubi-Orion, @Ubi-Keo hello I completed the Yule festival last year so it has not appeared for me on my current manual save 1 on the PS5 version of the game which I started playing on when the game launched in November last year. was recently saved and synched with cloud storage on PS5 as of today 9:37AM AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). I also have a manual save 2 on my PS5 Version which I started in November this year and the Yule festival appeared fine for me in that save.

Same thing here, I have snow, open area for festival but no festival. There isn't anything to show that it will be or how to start it, but since the other festivals all loaded at game start I guess I'm just not getting it for some reason.

OK, so, you are aware!
Does this mean:
a: YOU will fix it a.s.a.p so those affected will be able to take advantage of the new unlockable items and actually play what was intended.
b: Do and say nothing until your next update (after which the Yule festival and any chance to access these items are gone) which based on your past history is most likely. Actually inform those who can not access the Yule festival 2021 whether they will be able to play regardless if they have done so before. Some of us keep saves up to date (for obvious reasons) and don’t expect 12 month old saves to give us access to current/future access!!
I have lost total faith in Ubisoft as company. You seem to be focused on regurgitating new content regardless of whether it works. Micro transactions are what make shareholders happy whilst releasing sub par content is deemed to be acceptable to those who have religiously stayed with Assassins Creed as a product.
The community that supports you (the gamers not your shareholders) will only take your inadequate responses to blatantly obvious issues so far. Ignoring the most basic of issues to focus on bloated DLC is not going to adhere you to those who play your games. There is point when people will say……Enough is enough. Let’s move on:
