@Dan_P - I'm sorry to hear that you're still unable to access the Yule Festival. Would you be able to send us a video which shows you have TU 1.4.1.2 installed on your platform, but that the festival has not started for you? You can check your current Title Update version in the bottom right-hand corner of the main game menu.
@YippeekiyaMHF - Just to confirm, are you now able to access the Yule Festival successfully to spend your tokens?

As the Yule Festival 2022 has now ended, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble with in-game festivals in future, then please feel welcome to create a new thread and we’ll gladly take a closer look. When creating a new thread, please include any additional images/videos of the issue you’re encountering in-game, as this will be helpful for further investigation.
