UNSOLVED MY GAME IS NOW FILLED WITH BUGS

Xbox one player in AC VALHALLA:
- Reda’s quests no longer appear in my quest log or on the map after I accept them. This started after the Yule festival.
- The vengeance quests of other dead players have stopped appearing. This started about a week ago.
- The difficulty level no longer accepts custom scaling. Whatever I put the difficulty level of the game on the scaling option automatically reverts to that same option.
- The collision issues are worse than ever: Getting stuck in walls, falling through the ground, getting launched into the sky. As bad as they are in regular mode they’re twice as bad in river raids - add something madd even more annoying by not being able to save. It’s so bad that I’ve stopped using Dive of the Valkyrie in river raids because of the potential to go right through the ground.
I’ve rebooted and reinstalled - no luck.
The bugs and glitches with this game are endless and annoying. The ones mentioned above are just the latest. There’s no way I’m buying Dawn of Ragnarok with this type of endless garbage plaguing the game. In fact I’m moving Ubisoft to the buy after 2 years category when the games are totally patched and discounted. -

I forgot to mention to other new issues with gameplay. So many now I lose track.- I’m missing skill point. The game is giving me mastery points even though there’s 1 nodule in the skill tree not filled.
- About 30% - 40% of the time during cutscenes the mouth of the character speaking doesn’t move.

ANOTHER BUG I JUST NOTICED:
There doesn’t seem to be any other player’s jomsvikings to recruit anywhere on the map. I’ve traveled to a few more laces as well as Ravensthorpe and none.

We are aware of the issue with Quests from Reda's daily quests not added to quest log and the issue is under investigation now by our development team. If you would like to help us with the investigation, I would kindly ask you to provide us with the video of the issue
Speaking about the vengeance quests It would be greatly appreciated if you could also answer the following questions:
When did the issue start?
Is the Ubisoft Connect overlay enabled (on PC)? If so, try to disable it and check for any improvements
Do the quests come back after switching to offline mode?
The third issue that you have mentioned with a level scaling is also being investigated by our developers.
Returning to the remaining issues you have described and that have not been mentioned above, please record the short video of every issue, upload it on any video hosting of your choice and send us the links. Please don't forget to mention the description of the bug under every video and make sure that you have added the latest saves into the cloud.
