Well it looks like they have it covered for Christmas running back to back events - Golden Bullet next week - followed by Reanimation and Hollywood to end the year.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Are those events listed AND EXPLAINED somewhere?

While events (GE) were very obvious in Division 1, I have yet to notice them in Division 2 and TBH they don't seem to have much of an effect/meaning.

Everything you need to know about them is in a special tab.

As for effect, it can tripple your DPS and healing. So idk, how you can't see the difference. Unless you have them turned off.

Unlike Div 1, you have to enable GE's via the seasons tab (i.e. they are only available once you complete the WoNY campaign). That's also where they explain what the events are about.

The current one "SHD Exposed" fills up a "exposure" meter as you're engaged with enemies and running around. You can transfer that meter to them using a cover-cover move or by melee attacks. That transfer debuffs them for a limited time. Killing a debuffed enemy transfers the debuff to other nearby enemies, and is very effective if you can get a chain of kills going.

The next one "Golden Bullet" starts on Tuesday, and is widely considered the most fun. I won't spoil it for you, but you should absolutely enable it once it starts.
