When fish is halted on 100% of your population, then why would it show a demand?

If I release Soap and Work-clothes into workers to get a 100%, the demand still is apparent.

When I delete my fisheries, the Demand dissapears (also, I brougth back my Artisans to 100% service).

When demolishing the fisheries, the demand dissapears, on rebuild, the artifact is gone.

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
