    I've been having this voice chat issue recently, where it is disabled, and i've tried many methods to fix it, for example restarting r6s, the computer, unistalling and re-installing it etc. There is also a plug icon next to my username which indicates connectivity problems, although my connection is fine. Please help ubi

    Sorry for the late reply, I've been quite busy these last few months. I checked the article, but still i couldn't figure out what the issue was. 😞

    Hello @darkhen124 thank you for getting back to us and sorry to hear your audio issues in the game are persisting.

    In addition to what has already been an advised in this thread and what you have already tried, could you please also run through these next steps as they have also been known to help with voice chat issues in Siege >>

    - Are there any devices you have connected such as headsets with mics, or webcams that may also transmit like a mic, that the game could be using instead, for voice? If so can you try disconnecting these devices?
     
    - Have you checked your mic threshold in the game's settings? Sometimes setting this too high will make the mic register, but no one will be able to hear you.
     
    - Could you next try changing the display options in-game to run in borderless window and then full-screen mode to see if all display modes are affected, as strangely this can also have an impact on audio
     
    - Next, make sure to change the option to run the games .exe file as an administrator >

    @ubi-milky Thank you for all of the listed steps to fix my mic issue. Unfortunately, I tried all of them but none worked. I have a slight feeling it might be a connectivity problem, although my ping is in the 50-60 ms range. It has to do something with the plug icon. For your information, apps such as discord and messenger work fine with my headphones so i really don't believe that the headset is the problem or my pc. Is there any possibility that i have been banned from voice chat?

    @darkhen124 Thank you for the image! Can you please try checking to see if you have any windows updates from your Windows Update Assistant?
