I have all the Berserker things as I pre-ordered the Ultimate version of the game. I've read of this bug but can't remember where. Today Reda is selling the Odin Wooden Statue, part of the Berserker settlement pack and I can buy it for 35 opals. I just checked the settlement decoration interface and it is present there. Surely a picture or video is unnecessary here, I don't need to prove that I own the version as I'm not asking for anything.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@ubi-smash Same thing today with the same item. I won't attach screenshots this time since they would be the same as in my last reply just with a different weekly selection. This issue seriously needs to be solved. I doubt Ubisoft would bother to reimburse any Opal wasted on repeated items.
@jameslogan491 @ubi-smash
I can confirm this issue, i own the Ultimate Version on PC. Its second time last 7 days i can buy a already owned item.
I reported this weeks ago and still isnt fixed. Maybe its a feature to spend opals for fun???
@spirantcrayon22 Thanks for reporting this, I can confirm that it has been reported previously, however the development team were unable to reproduce it.
I have informed them of the new report so that they can investigate again.
Hello there,
I've moved your posts about being able to purchase already-owned items from Reda's Shop into a separate thread. This is because this is a different issue to the item showing as "owned" when you haven't purchased the item.
The development team have been notified of an issue wherein players who own Berserker content will be given the option to purchase it again from Reda's Shop, rather than the item being shown as "owned." I've passed on the reports that have been shared here as part of the ongoing investigation.
Thanks!
@ubi-borealis @Ubi-Nacho
Hello,
Any news regarding this topic? I've got exactly the same problem as mentioned here, items that I already own are available to buy again.
I am not in the habit of remembering every purchased item and thanks to this I have already lost 135 opals, Reda sells something that I already have since 5 months.
Below examples from this week:
From what I've seen, players reported this a long time ago and the bug still exists. I assume the opals that were lost by this bug will not be returned to us, so it might be a good idea to fix the system. Because, as I mentioned, the player is not obliged to remember about each purchase, and the inefficiency of this system means that each such duplicate purchase should be associated with the return of opals from your side.
Regards
Hey everyone,
The developers have reached out to us, and would like to confirm the following details / request the following resources from affected players:
Please do provide the details / resources requested if possible for you to do so, as they'll be a big help to the team in investigating the issue! I'm afraid that I cannot speculate as to whether any of the spent Opals will be reimbursed or compensated, but I've also asked the team about this and will keep you all updated with any news I receive.
@Et4hiel - Thank you for sharing these images with us; I'll add them to the ongoing discussion with the developers for them to refer to!
Hey there @SpirantCrayon22!

The problem exists, I have already reported to technical support several times, including today, when I provided the video. Seeing this thread I give you a link to a video with this issue https://streamable.com/s81ja3: (https://streamable.com/s81ja3)
My opal is not consumed (during error 0x70000d06). Maybe some people are lying to get extra opal for free.
By the way, it seems to me that this item has been incorrectly translated into Russian.
"Жертва драурга" most likely should be "Жертва драугра" because from the word "Драугр".
If there are mistakes in my English, know that this is an online translator.
@ubi-woofer
Thanks for the reply. I did not buy the statue when it was available. I am unsure if I have encountered this on any other occasion.
These pictures say it all:I already owned the little gnome statue, yet Reda wants to sell it to me over again.
@tolkyyn I'll have him arrested and questioned at once, but is there not a civil way we can handle this, for instance you could buy the second gnome, put them at the gate and call it "gnome sweet gnome" or "gnome is where the heart is"
@tolkyyn it’s annoying. Same with the tattoos you can buy over and over again. By now the team must have a mountain of complaints
Thanks for letting me know that you didn't attempt to buy the item, @spirantcrayon22 - I've advised the development team of this now. In the meantime, I can see that they were able to reproduce the issue with being able to purchase already owned settlement decorations with a different item (Loki's Statue) so this is good progress! Thanks again for your report!
@ubi-woofer it's all connected...
@SpirantCrayon22 check if you have the set available in Animus store under which the item should be included. In my case it's Web Tree and I'm missing Modern Day deco set, that's why I probably was able to buy it again when it was in Reda's daily items. Other issue might be that Berserker items are installed with the game as an add-on, which Animus store doesn't recognize as 'bought' - just like mine Hati.
