@EternalJosh - To confirm, they're not updating both in-game and through Ubisoft Connect?
@Enkidu98 - Thank you for detailing these challenges you're also having trouble with. Are you playing on PC too, or a console? Also, are the challenges only not tracking properly in-game, through Ubisoft Connect, or both?

I'm experiencing the same issue on PS4/5 for Far Cry 6. None of the Time-Limited challenges are updating on Ubisoft Connect.
It hasn't been a full 24 hours for me yet.

@ubi-milky Hey so it seems like the challenges are popping now. Not sure if it was something you guys did on your end or what, but it seems to be working correctly. Thanks for the quick response and if it was someone on the backend working on stuff tell them they did a great job.

Found out about the Crescent Sun community Challenge late in the week and decided to get on and do it and some other challenges. Strange thing is that none of the challenges are updating. In the past weapon rewards challenges wouldn't be given out until the end of the time period. So I thought it was happening again, until I noticed that none of the regular challenges were updating. The Shadow Strike; get 50 kills with a predator bow, wasn't updating even after slaughtering a whole camp in Wesex using Petra's predator bow. So I'm kinda of concerned because I only have a day and a half to do the challenges and Connect isn't registering my kills or anything I do. FYI this is all on PS5

Hello @paradoxfox999! Sorry to hear you're not seeing the progress for challenges updating. Is this not updating properly both in-game and in Ubisoft Connect? Were you able to already try the troubleshooting steps Ubi-Borealis mentioned to see if they update properly after? Also, did you notice anything strange prior to the challenge(s) no longer updating (such as a crash or an error code)?

@ubi-dino Neither the in-game Connect menu or the phone app mean updated during my play time. The only thing I could see being a problem is that this is the first time in a while that I have gotten on AC:Valhalla, I've been playing Far Cry 6 for a while and had taken a break from Valhalla till now. No Error code or anything, I was able to purchase things from Reda's shop though

@ubi-dino I am on PC and I was not seeing 'credit' for the acions in either the game or in the ubisoft connect client. It seems though it resolved itself. I logged in today and was able to collect my rewards for challenges completed yesterday.
So some weird long delay between completing the action and seeing it acknowledged and rewarded.

Hi. So Ubisoft Connect isn't tracking any of my progress on my AC Valhalla game on my PS5. Not timed challenges, stats, core challenges, nothing. I am also having that delay that Enkidu98 was having but that is new, while this issue with Connect has been happening for about a year. I talked about this issue with someone in a separate thread but I haven't heard anything back in a long while so I thought I would post about it again.

- Sometimes I am able to get it to start working by unlinking my Playstation account via my PC and then logging back on when I start the game back up. If that trick doesn't work I close the game and try again. Sometimes it starts tracking after 1 try and sometimes it won't work after 50 tries.
- Side note that is relevant to right now: the delay issue is preventing me from knowing if this trick worked or not, so don't know if one of my tries will give me the Crescent Sun reward after the delay.
- I'm pretty sure Connect is also not working for my Immortal: Fenyx Rising game.
- I have gone through the troubleshooting suggestions before and they didn't work. I have a wired connection and tests of my connection consistently return high download and upload speeds. I have even tried it on someone else's internet and gotten the same results. This is not a problem with my internet.

I'm sorry to hear that there was a delay in your Timed Challenges updating for some of you. I'm glad to hear that this issue has been resolved!
Please note that there can be a delay in challenges updating if there is degradation taking place between the game and the Ubisoft Connect server. It looks like this may have been the case here, as it seems a couple of games were affected by the delay.
If you notice your Weekly Challenges aren't updating correctly, we'd first recommend that you check for any outages or degradation with the Ubisoft Connect server. This information is shared on our official platforms, as well as within the Ubisoft General forums.
If you are unable to find any news regarding an ongoing outage or degradation for Ubisoft Connect, then we suggest that you try some basic connectivity steps for your platform. This will help to ensure that your connection between the game and Ubisoft Connect servers are in optimal condition.
@bradleyyo - I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble with a number of things tracking correcting within Ubisoft Connect. Thank you for providing a quick summary, and sharing the video you created.
You mention that you're only able to get it to sometimes work by unlinking your PlayStation account via your account management, then re-linking it again by logging back into your Ubisoft account on console. Can you let me know how often you've done this? If you unlink/relink your account frequently, then this could be causing a delay in the stats updating as anticipated.
You also said that you've noticed this issue with "Immortals: Fenyx Rising" as well. Does it occur in any other Ubisoft titles?
We may need to open up a support ticket for you so we can collect some more information about your internet configuration, so I'd like to clarify this information before we do this.

@ubi-borealis Hey there. Sorry for the late reply.
So I usually don't unlink/relink my account before playing except on the last night the weekly challenges are available. On that night I unlink/relink until it starts working and I can complete at least a few of the challenges. Sometimes this only takes one or two tries, and sometimes it doesn't work at all even after dozens of tries.
Also, I looked at the only other Ubisoft game I have that tracks challenges: Watch_Dogs Legion. On that game all aspects of Connect (weekly challenges, stats, etc.) tracked my progress without having to unlink/relink my account.

Usually it takes a few kills to kick the server enough to realise that it needs to actually do something but having just done a full river raid I have zero progression on the weeklies for the aforementioned raid or kills with either hammer or heavy shield using the approach of dual wielding the "weapon" solo clearing each raid spot then summoning in the minions for cracking the boxes.

Another Thursday, another buggy Weekly Challenges experience... On Ubisoft Connect it often says "challenges are unavailable" and in the game the challenges just are not updating.

Probably unrelated but last night was the first time I've been able to sit down and play the division 2 without having the servers randomly punt me from europe to a connection based in the asscrack of nowhere halfway through a mission. It felt kind of strange being able to see damage being done without a delay of a second or two, shame it won't last because who wants to play a live service game with a decent ping.

If your weekly challenges still aren't tracking as expected, then we would recommend that you first check in our Ubisoft General News & Announcements forums for any degradation or outages that might be taking place. These instances can prevent Ubisoft Connect from being updated.
If there is no ongoing degradation / outage, then we would suggest that you try some basic connectivity troubleshooting steps for your platform. This will help to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition. If you're still encountering trouble after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread so we can investigate further.
Please note that this thread is about issues encountered with weekly challenges in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. If you are encountering trouble in other games, then we'd recommend that you post within that game's dedicated Player Support forums.
