@munsterxiii Same... it's been happening off and on all evening. And just now, I checked it again, and I could FINALLY claim Basim's sword, except when I clicked "claim", it gave me that message..... Goodness, it's like pulling teeth lol.

I was also able to claim my rewards from the Ubisoft Connect web site earlier, and I confirmed that the blade did appear in my game because the website was being iffy with errors so I didn't quite trust that it collected the rewards (refreshing the page would get it to load properly).

@munsterxiii Me too! I finally got to claim it this morning. Except now, the game keeps crashing lol. 3 times in the past 10 minutes... Sigh...

@holysiegfried I’m having this issue as well with “Basim’s Challenge”, where you use a short sword for kills, which I had done. My connect overlay hasn’t updated in 3 weeks. How did you fix this?

@ubi-mushy I didn’t receive Basim’s sword from “Basim’s Community Challenge”, hasn’t updated for me. It’s completely missing and the Connect Overlay hasn’t updated or working properly. Anything I can do to receive this reward and fix Ubisoft Connect Overlay?

Both challenges not working. I did a ton of air assassinations and nothing. No reward unlocked. Nothing.

Same for me.
+ I didn't get any of the past rewards (for example, Bassim sword) in my inventory even I've completed and reclaimed all the callenges. -
Those 2 challenges aren’t unlocking for me either. Nor is the do a river raid challenge.

Can confirm.
Did entire Reda mission with Air Assassinations, and no counter going up.
Also tried corner kills, still not going up.
Counters seem to be stuck -
As usual by Ubisoft standards, the update broke something new again.
