well, it's still not fixed, says 4/24 owned when it should say 23/24

It's a bit odd, isn't it? Surely it's a simple enough thing, no? "Does this person own it?" They know the mechanisms by which customers can legitimately purchase stuff so can check whether a given account has done any of those things. Makes no sense to me! -
@spirantcrayon22 There is no simple things in this company... They don't care, that's their secret, dev team is pretty much useless - enormous amount of bugs and only thing that matters is a new pack in helix.

I've checked in on the ongoing investigation into this issue with the Berserker Theme Pack, and it looks like the dedicated teams will be deploying a fix for this issue in a future update!
We don't yet have a confirmed ETA for when this update will be deployed for the game. I'd recommend keeping an eye out within the News & Announcements forum for more information, as any updates will be published here via patch notes.

I apologise for the double post. We've just received an update from the dedicated teams regarding this issue. A fix for the Berserker Theme Pack not showing as owned in the Animus Store is due to be deployed in TU 1.5.2, which will be released May 24th 2022. You can read the patch notes for this update here!Berserker pack isn't marked as owned in the Animus Store if acquired by owning the Ultimate Edition.
If you notice the Berserker pack still isn't marked as owned in the Animus Store following the release of TU 1.5.2, please don't hesitate to share an update with us within this thread so we can look into this further.

there's a link in my post to a video, it also shows it's version 1.5.2, though it doesn't show what I do own but I assume we're past that now given the history
BTW I still resent the requests to post videos, why on earth would I not tell the truth? -

i have ACV ultimate edition (twilight theme pack and berserker them pack, all it is included)..... today, with patch v1.52..... helix store about berserker theme pack offer, has gone, that is good.... but......
why i have still have them, twilight theme pack offer in my helix store ........... ???
how to fix that BUG ...........??? -

@Et4hiel @arni-GX Hey everyone! To clarify, the Twilight pack was not included with the Ultimate edition of Valhalla. The Twilight Pack was included in purchases or pre-orders of Dawn of Ragnarök. That said, I can see that you both already own the Twilight Pack so it should not be showing up in your game store. We heard from the team that this also should have been fixed with TU 1.5.2. So if you're still seeing this as available in your game, can you please grab a screenshot showing the pack is still in the store (@arni-GX since you've already provided one, you don't have to do this) as well as a screenshot that you've updated the game to 1.5.2?
