    Simple concepts here. Might already have been said.

    1. the MIA and injury system forces players to rotate through the roster... but if you are on an unlucky streak OR a new player to the game and literally all your operators are lvl 1 .. it is a strugglebus to get through the game right now as the balancing currently stands. Trying to play a few rounds daily is going to end you up with a couple injuries and maybe an MIA or 2 depending on your teammates/quickplay luck. Ivl 1-3 is a pain in the butt.
      1. Especially if you are using those buddy passes and leveling your friends you invited who are also all level 1 operators.
      2. SO how to make leveling new operators less suckage and encourage roster diversity? HP Regen is higher the lower the unit level.
        1. sure initially people will use this to grind up 1-2 specific units but then the scaling dies and they need to diversify. but at least they have 1-2 nicely leveled units to push into higher content with
    2. No regen when we are 100% not connected to ANY Ubisoft Connect game is insane. People need to work, sleep, etc. (here comes the trolling).
      1. It can and should be a very low rate but to have ZERO regen while paying players are off working for the money to Pay for Extraction and whatever microtransactions you want to throw at us... is really just abusing the player base.
        1. the concept is to actually be able to play regularly and not come back and feel all "fek my operators are a mess." It is disheartening.
          1. if anyone says suck it up... for real that isn't the way to bring new players into a series or title.
      2. Sure 1-2 really solid full runs give a ton of HP but then we are back to the issue of having a operators viable to even do that. and a squad that is coordinating to get that done. (matchmaking is a crapshoot.)


    The moral of the story is... do not punish players for wanting to play the game they literally paid for. The injury/MIA mechanic is neat but it needs to be severely tweaked.

    Please feel free to throw your rotten fruit at me but legit the people being punished the most by this system are the new players and the folks trying to learn. That is ridiculous.

    @forgecat You can hit level 3 by completing six objectives lol. This game is designed to be challenging, not giving you free experience because you think it’s too difficult.

    Simply play the game and all your people will level up reasonably or if you want to go quicker then play solo and just do the easy objectives.

    Recently I just spent an hour rescuing my 8 MIAs so it’s ont difficult. Really you can easily hit level 3 by running around solo and killing a few things then extracting out a few times.

    Its really sad to see how lazy this new generation of kids are.

    @disneyadventure Missing the point.

    If you cannot find a team to complete six objectives and remember the XP scales so 6 phase 1 objectives... not great.

    ALSO, the lvl 1 operators squish hard in a bad team, or if you roll a harder type of mission that the "new player" isn't used to.

    So you want to hit lvl 3 on that operator? It keeps getting injured or worse, MIA... that is going to take a stupid amount of time.

    Kids? Pfft. I am talking about working adults. Who have real 40-60 hour workdays and don't want to cheese grind phase 1s.

    Suggestion 1 was specifically to get back your lower level operators faster to encourage playing more diversely.

    Suggestion 2 was targeted towards Adults who don't have time to grind for hours and just want to pay a game they paid money for.

    But how is that fun and keeps anyone wanting to play Extraction?

    That is the FPS equivalent of a kill 50 rats mission. No one wants that anymore.

    RL time is valuable and being able to drop in for half an hour with some buddies to do a good run and not being hamstringed by your roster's health is important.

    Help new people out of the lvl 1-3 zone because itr encourages a wider player base who Paid For The Game.

    Thank you for the classic "get gud" "spend more time grinding" replies that are completely out of touch with building a wider player base.

    @forgecat Six objectives solo and I know because I leveled my whole roster that way. If you find a group it’s even quicker. Heck you level up quick just running to airlocks and shooting stuff along the way.

    If anyone is struggling to level in this game then this game is way too much for them. They should play something like Minecraft or Pokémon.
