Far Cry 6 Turn Blood Off Option Please?

In other Ubisoft games, such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there is an option in the menu to turn the blood off.
Would it be possible to please add this option in FC6? If this is not easy/possible for the enitire game, then how about just turning it off just for the takedowns that are so frequent?
Blood can cause dysphoria and disgust to some people, which really affects the gameplay experience for them. -
Yes just the blood. This isn't a violence thing, its a disgust response some people have to the red liquid blood spilling, it can be very distressing and cause a puking feeling to people unfortunate to be affected by this...

Because i just started playing and there is no blood .. no wounds, no nothing .. it kinda funny to be playing shooting game with no sense for realism and for kids -

just cuz you rate it M doesnt mean its mature .. especially if you censor all the bad words .. sure D can be bad, but if you say it in different language, you will get away with it, almost anywhere, any site, even live TV.
A "violence" where you cut throat and shot someone in the head and its bloodless .. is not mature.
Half the world is censoring blood so it can be shown to kids .. even kids shows, like dragon ball for example and many others. If make something violent and censore like this, definitely not mature rating.
