The Twilight package was only available in pre-order and it turns out that many players were cheated because Ubisoft failed to fulfill. And he's not going to fix it.

I bought pre-orders in a boxed version.

The last time I buy in pre-sale, and certainly Ubisoft games.

same but i was able to get the twilight pack but ubisoft removed them from my game library what the [censored] ubisoft?...give back my pre oder bonus asap!

Ubisoft has great developers. So bought, no problem. Apparently, they plan to earn extra money from the Twilight package

Managed to get my code from Amazon once they actually understood! Redeemed on the Ubisoft site and no email. I join you all in the waiting game!

Add my name to the chorus of people that Ubisoft are screwing over with the Twilight Pack.
I've been in touch with their support three days in a row now only to be parroted the same line of "It will be resolved shortly"

I redeemed my code three days ago, three days is not SHORTLY Ubisoft.

Today they even said it was still "Under Investigation".
How the hell can they say it will be resolved shortly if they don't even know what the damn problem is yet???

The solution to the problem with sending the key to the mailbox is to dismiss pseudo IT specialists who cannot solve the problem. I get the impression that Ubisoft's support is a zoo.

6 days and still nothing, after being told "the situation will be resolved shortly".....I'd hate to see the time span if I'm told "the situation may take some time"....Complete joke ubisoft, utterly disappointed.....

The Twilight Pack keys will expire in April. I think we have been ripped off.

I don't know if it's relevant to Ubisoft possibly fixing it somehow or an Amazon glitch but Amazon just out of nowhere e-mailed me a second code for the Twilight Pack.

In my experience Amazon have only sent me pre-order codes on the day of release and not so much later so it is a bit strange.

(Also still no e-mail from Ubisoft with a PSN code.)

I got another email from Amazon, containing a different code for the twilight pack.
I thought that maybe ubisoft were wiping the slate clean and starting again, so I tried to redeem it but it said I had already redeemed using a different code, or words to that effect.
