Same here. Tried on 2 different browsers on my PC and also on my phone, but same error keeps coming up.
@thedanibws3 maybe we should have went digital lol just wandering when u put your code in for ragnarok did u have 2 things to download i did but it only let me download ragnarok

So, after around 6 hours, of trying, i managed to redeem the code but i didnt recieved the email from ubi, with actual code to the game.
