    Hi,
    So for the last day I have been trying to purchase Valhala Std ED and keep getting OOPS. I have tried various methods and tried connect and the webpage. What is really upsetting is that although no charges are put through to my accounts, none of the u credits I used to get a 20% discount have been refunded. I have gone from 912 credits yesterday to 612 today - and still have no game.

    Hey @MOuRos_, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulties you've ran into when attempting to purchase the game.

    First and foremost, in regards to your 300 Club Units that you've lost - I can confirm that these have now been refunded for you, so you're able to re-purchase the discount code, if you wish.

    As far as troubleshooting goes, can I ask if you've possibly tried clearing cache/cookies on your browser or using an alternative one (can also consider trying on Incognito Mode) and then re-enter the web-store and re-attempt to make the purchase, to see if it works.

    Should issue persist, could you clarify whether the error message you receive is something you get after entering your payment details and proceeding with the payment or does it pop up beforehand?

    @ubi-karl still not working after trying your advice. top snap is on connect and the bottom is when i use browser

    @ubi-karl forgot to add that I just purchased a cheapie on Steam to test my bank and card and it worked

    Got a similar error when I tried purchasing it. I ended up going to a legit site that sells keys, then I just activated that key in Uconnect.

You mention that you have placed an order through Steam and it has worked. Am I correct in thinking you are still experiencing issues with the Ubisoft Store?

    @ubi-gizmo no, I still cannot purchase games from Ubisoft. I made a purchase on steam to confirm it was not an issue with my card or with my bank - thereby an issue either with Ubisoft? My PC? I recently purchased Watch Dogs Legion and had no problems, so not sure why this is not happening

    Hello @MOuRos_ and thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry to hear that you still receiving the error "Oops, your payment could not be processed" when trying to purchase "Assassin's Creed Valhalla " Std Ed.

    Could you please confirm the error occurs when you are trying to purchase this particular game? Have you tried to perform all the browser troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague @Ubi-Karl ?

    @ubi-oxavo Yes, the error is only occurring now that I am trying to purchase Valhala, purchase watchdogs in December with no issues.

    Yesterday logged into Ubisoft Store using my tablet and in incognito mode with all cookies allowed and got same error. I'll admit that Im actually getting a bit tired of this. Any release date for Valhala on Steam?
